Transfer them to an oven safe dish and roast in the oven at 400degrees Fahrenheit for about 30-40 minutes.

I am going to make brussel sprouts again! I love them, but typically only eat them for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so it is time to include them in a meal again! Thanks for reminding me! - Maria.
That is so funny. How 'traditions' have us eat certain foods only on specific occasions. (-; We used to eat a lot of Brussel Sprouts growing up. I haven't had any in a long time because I was used to steaming them and sometimes they can be bitter and taste aweful! But roasted they are GREAT! (-;
